After leasing our Le Valli for the past two years, we are pleased to announce that we will be back in the coming season and will be in charge of the operation. We are very motivated and look forward to welcoming you as our guests. The Welcome Drink is ready for you.

The Residenza – formerly a Tuscan Fattoria – is about 250 years old. The resort  provides an excellent ambience for unforgettable holidays in Tuscany.  The building has been classified an outstanding cultural object and - applying much expertise - was carefully restored and harmonically equipped with all modern conveniences.
The ground is thus cleared for our guests to experience comfortable Tuscan holidays.

Recreation resort with contemporary apartments and rooms

Available are 11 contemporary appartments, comprising 2-8 beds, kitchen, bathroom, most them with separate terrace or loggia, safe, and satellite TV. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Two apartments have been equipped to be wheelchair-accessible; in some apartments pets are welcome. Furthermore, 5 double rooms are available
